About the role
Prodigal provides an AI platform for financial institutions that lend money and manage borrower relationships. You will build and deploy production AI agents, improve their prompts and evaluation, and work with customers to deliver and iterate on solutions.

- Build and deploy LLM-powered agents, including voice agents
- Scope, design, deploy, monitor, and iterate on AI systems
- Optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
- Work with customers and implementation managers to understand workflows
