About the role
Airbus develops aircraft and supports engineering work with AI-enabled digital systems. The AI Agent Designer will configure, evaluate, and optimize agents that support engineering workflows on Airbus’s internal platform.
What you'll do
- Analyze engineering workflows and identify opportunities for AI agent augmentation
- Design and configure AI agents, prompts, and knowledge sources on the internal platform
- Assess use-case feasibility, data gaps, failure modes, and compliance risks
- Develop AI behavior test plans and lead user acceptance testing
- Refine agent requirements and user stories with engineering and platform teams
- Monitor production agents and improve retrieval, reasoning, and efficiency
