About the role
ABB's Energy Industries division is establishing an AI Factory to scale AI transformation across its functions. You will build and operate this capability, governing its portfolio, developing AI skills and enabling functions to redesign processes around AI.
What you'll do
- Define and evolve the AI Factory strategy and operating model
- Govern AI portfolio intake, prioritization and stage-gate processes
- Report portfolio performance, investment and value realization
- Develop the AI Academy strategy and AI competencies
- Align senior leaders on AI priorities and sponsorship
- Promote reuse and scalable adoption of AI solutions
