Akeneo PIM & SFCC L2 Support

Valtech helps global brands create digital experiences and transform their businesses. You will troubleshoot Akeneo PIM and Salesforce B2C Commerce issues, trace data flows, and resolve incidents across commerce systems.

• Troubleshoot Akeneo PIM contribution, workflow, enrichment, and export issues
• Resolve Salesforce B2C Commerce catalog sync and storefront display issues
• Trace data flow from PIM through middleware to the storefront
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring and complex incidents
• Coordinate incident resolution with L1, L3, development, QA, and DevOps teams
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks
