About the role
Lowe’s is a home improvement retailer, and its EDI team enables supply chain information exchange with vendors and freight carriers. This analyst will onboard and support trading partners, monitor EDI transactions, and resolve data and processing issues.
What you'll do
- Maintain EDI relationships with vendors and freight carriers
- Monitor electronic transactions for timely delivery and standards conformance
- Investigate transaction failures and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain implementation guides, procedures, and trading partner profiles
- Perform quality checks on EDI information and communicate product flow updates
- Implement vendor VMI relationships and conduct Inventory Specialist training
