About the role
TOMRA Food provides sensor-based sorting, peeling and post-harvest solutions for the food industry. This engineer will run customer trials, commission and optimize equipment, and troubleshoot systems at the Bangalore facility and customer sites across India and APAC.
What you'll do
- Lead customer demonstrations and trials at the demo facility and customer sites
- Analyze performance data and present trial results and recommendations
- Commission equipment and support startup and customer acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot software, electronic and mechanical issues
- Advise customers on equipment applications and sorting performance
- Share field insights and contribute to technical reports and training materials
