• Design and customize Aras PLM modules for functional design
• Develop APIs to integrate Aras with PLM and legacy systems
• Implement, test, deploy, and support software solutions
• Analyze and resolve complex Level 3 support incidents
• Evaluate IT solution performance and recommend improvements
