About the role
Fractal provides AI, engineering, and design solutions to large enterprises, including analytics and conversational AI products. The QA Architect will lead testing activities, build automation and quality processes, and validate software and AI/ML systems.
What you'll do
- Manage daily QA activities and mentor team members
- Develop test plans, scenarios, cases, and test data
- Own end-to-end manual and automated QA execution
- Define QA processes for cloud, data, and application engineering
- Integrate AI-driven testing into automation and regression workflows
- Coordinate release testing, defect tracking, and deployment
