About the role
BETSOL delivers AI-powered cloud transformation and enterprise IT solutions, including the Zmanda backup and recovery product line. You will lead a hands-on DevOps and DevSecOps pod, owning architecture, delivery, security practices, and team development.
What you'll do
- Own cloud, infrastructure, CI/CD, and application architecture
- Build reusable infrastructure modules, pipeline logic, and application code
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical direction
- Manage sprint planning, releases, backlog, and stakeholder reporting
- Coach engineers and support hiring as the pod grows
- Embed security, compliance, and observability practices into delivery
