About the role
BETSOL builds enterprise IT services and cloud-native solutions, alongside the Zmanda backup and recovery product line. You will develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and Software Asset Management processes.
What you'll do
- Develop and deploy ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and scripted components
- Build and support third-party integrations using APIs and Flow Designer
- Configure OAuth authentication and data ingestion pipelines
- Maintain CMDB data and support Software Asset Management processes
- Test changes, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes
- Document technical designs, configurations, and support runbooks
