About the role
JLL provides real estate services, advisory and technology to clients. The Assistant Facilities Manager will oversee technical operations, maintenance, compliance, safety and engineering teams at assigned facilities.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of building engineering systems
- Lead the technical team and coordinate vendor and contractor work
- Monitor preventive maintenance, breakdowns and equipment reliability
- Ensure electrical, fire-safety and statutory compliance
- Track energy, water consumption and utility performance
- Maintain CAFM records, reports and technical documentation
