About the role
The Hoxton is a neighbourhood hotel brand opening its first hotel in Asia in Bengaluru, with a restaurant and bar. The Assistant Manager Outlet oversees daily service, develops the team, and supports guest satisfaction and outlet operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee outlet operations in the Outlet Manager’s absence
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Prepare team schedules and lead service briefings
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain service standards
- Coordinate events, outlet setup, and food and beverage inventory
- Promote upselling and ensure cleanliness and HACCP compliance
