About the role
MUFG Global Service provides global support services for MUFG Bank across functions including HR operations. This person will lead payroll, statutory compliance and benefits administration while managing controls, vendors, audits and a team.
What you'll do
- Lead monthly payroll processing, reconciliation and salary disbursement
- Oversee statutory compliance, payments, returns and regulatory responses
- Administer employee benefits, enrolments, claims and provider relationships
- Maintain governance controls, audit evidence and remediation plans
- Manage service providers and improve payroll and benefits processes
- Lead and develop team members across payroll, compliance and benefits
