About the role
PhonePe builds digital platforms for payments, financial services and digital distribution, including lending products. This person will manage financial plans, analyze business performance and support profitability, pricing and acquisition decisions.
What you'll do
- Prepare annual operating plans, monthly plans and outlooks
- Analyze variances against plans and business targets
- Evaluate marketing ROI and track channel-wise customer acquisition costs
- Partner with teams to improve profitability, unit economics and costs
- Oversee pricing structures and enforce rate-card compliance
- Work with controllership to ensure accurate financial reporting
