About the role
Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across life sciences and other industries. You will support global quality systems by maintaining eQMS records, managing user access, troubleshooting issues and following controlled procedures.
What you'll do
- Create user accounts, assign roles and maintain access
- Enter document metadata and update document lifecycle records
- Maintain assigned system master and reference data
- Troubleshoot application, access, reporting and export issues
- Support system testing and user acceptance activities as assigned
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with SOPs and governance standards
