Associate Technical Writer

Hevo provides a no-code data pipeline platform for data integration. The technical writer will create and maintain documentation through an AI-assisted, docs-as-code workflow and validate its accuracy with product and engineering teams.

• Create and maintain user documentation using docs-as-code workflows
• Own documentation tickets from research through pull request merge
• Use AI tools to draft, restructure, and review content
• Research product specifications and existing documentation
• Apply documentation standards and metadata conventions
• Validate technical accuracy with engineering, product, and support teams
