About the role
Hevo builds data infrastructure for analytics and AI, serving companies across multiple countries. The Technical Recruiter will assess and recruit engineering candidates while building talent pipelines and representing Hevo to technical communities.
What you'll do
- Partner with engineering leaders to define candidate requirements
- Assess candidates' technical contributions and role fit
- Conduct structured technical pre-screening conversations
- Build pipelines of engineers across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data infrastructure
- Source and engage passive technical candidates
- Represent Hevo and deliver a positive candidate experience
