About the role
Hevo provides a managed data pipeline platform that connects business data sources for companies. You will guide enterprise customers on architecture, integrations, solution design, and technical expansion opportunities.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture reviews and senior technical customer engagements
- Understand customer data architectures and co-design pipelines
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise use cases
- Translate customer requirements into guidance for customers and engineering
- Identify expansion opportunities and brief Account Managers
- Document patterns and build reference architectures
