About the role
Hevo provides a managed platform for moving, transforming, and activating customer data in real time. The Staff Platform Engineer will operate and improve cloud infrastructure, reliability, observability, and platform engineering practices.
What you'll do
- Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of production infrastructure
- Design and evolve observability systems, metrics, alerts, and SLOs
- Lead incident management, on-call rotations, and postmortems
- Architect Kubernetes clusters and optimize infrastructure costs
- Drive infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipeline practices
- Mentor platform engineers and set technical direction
