Associate Vice President - Program Manager

Diageo’s Global Business Operations provides services that support business performance across markets. This person will lead complex programs and transitions from planning through launch, stabilization and operational handover.

• Own end-to-end program scope, schedule, budget and outcomes
• Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans
• Establish governance and provide delivery updates to senior leaders
• Drive operational readiness, knowledge transfer, testing and training
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, stabilization and operational handover
• Track business outcomes, validate benefits and close programs
