About the role
Diageo makes alcoholic beverages and its Global Reward Operations team administers benefits for European markets. This specialist will manage benefits processes, reporting, reconciliations, vendor activity and improvements, including annual enrollment.

- Complete in-scope reporting accurately and on time
- Update benefits process maps, guides, work instructions and FAQs
- Perform controls and reconcile benefits data
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Use Workday to support benefits administration
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve invoice issues
