About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including services for commercial real estate clients. The Design Manager will lead design delivery, regulatory compliance, and coordination across clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
What you'll do
- Lead design from concept through construction documentation and execution
- Review design drawings, specifications, material selections, and technical submissions
- Coordinate approvals and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and local regulations
- Manage design reviews with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Inspect sites and review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and mock-ups
- Monitor design implementation and recommend actions to mitigate project risks
