About the role
JLL provides real estate services, advisory and technology, including construction project delivery for clients. The role oversees construction projects and coordinates compliance tracking, audits, notices and statutory documentation.
What you'll do
- Oversee construction work, budgets, schedules, safety and quality
- Prepare and track construction schedules and project action plans
- Review construction drawings, work methods, progress payments and variations
- Coordinate compliance notices, registrations, audits and project status reports
- Track PF, ESI, BOCW and vendor compliance documentation
- Review invoices and approve cess payments and insurance extensions
