Billing and Reporting Analyst

EVERSANA provides commercialization services to life sciences companies, helping bring therapies to market and support patients. This analyst will manage client billing, reconcile revenue data, and prepare financial reports and variance analyses.

• Generate client invoices according to contracts and billing schedules
• Maintain billing data, rate cards, contracts, and trackers
• Reconcile billing, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare billing and financial reports, including P&L and revenue tracking
• Compare actuals against budgets, forecasts, or prior periods and explain deviations
• Maintain audit-ready billing documentation and coordinate with finance and operations
