About the role
EVERSANA provides commercialization services and analytics to life sciences companies. This role leads pharma commercial analytics projects, manages a team, and delivers insights, dashboards, and client solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead commercial analytics workstreams including targeting, segmentation, and call planning
- Analyze healthcare and commercial datasets to generate actionable insights
- Design KPI dashboards and reporting for clients and internal teams
- Develop quality checks, SOPs, BRDs, and process flows
- Plan projects, monitor delivery, and track team performance
- Train and coach team members
