About the role
EVERSANA delivers commercialization services and solutions to life sciences companies. This role supports pharmaceutical sales force effectiveness and incentive compensation projects through analytics, dashboards and client engagement management.
What you'll do
- Support incentive compensation plan design, goal setting, administration and reporting
- Develop SQL queries and Tableau dashboards based on business rules and KPIs
- Analyze pharmaceutical commercial data and communicate client insights
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities with onshore teams and clients
- Maintain process assets and establish best practices
- Coach junior team members and manage end-to-end engagement activities
