About the role
KaleidEO develops high-resolution Earth observation payloads and end-to-end satellite imaging solutions. You will design focal plane electronics and detector subsystems, translate imaging requirements into hardware parameters, and support payload testing and calibration.
What you'll do
- Define focal plane array specifications from mission requirements
- Own detector subsystem architecture and performance
- Set payload radiometry across operating modes
- Translate image quality requirements into hardware and configuration parameters
- Coordinate detector controls and synchronization with firmware and FPGA teams
- Support focal plane testing and calibration campaigns
