Data Scientist - 3 / Team Lead

SatSure builds geospatial decision intelligence and foundation models from Earth observation data for agriculture, infrastructure, and climate applications. This player-coach will lead a team of scientists while researching, building, and delivering scalable geospatial machine learning systems.

• Set the technical roadmap for concurrent machine learning initiatives
• Lead research on model architectures and translate findings into production systems
• Mentor scientists and guide experiments and technical growth
• Own machine learning systems from problem framing through deployment and monitoring
• Establish standards for evaluation, reproducibility, and technical documentation
• Represent team research through publications and patents
