About the role
Capgemini partners with companies to transform and manage their businesses using technology. The CCaaS Developer will build and maintain contact center applications, configure platform features, and integrate them with enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain CCaaS applications
- Configure routing, IVR, ACD, quality management, and workforce management features
- Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems
- Implement CTI solutions, softphone integrations, and telephony workflows
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in solution design reviews and Agile delivery
