About the role
The team delivers Guidewire technology solutions for insurance business initiatives, including PolicyCenter and digital platforms. This leader designs and delivers solutions, guides projects and CI/CD work, and manages and develops direct reports.
What you'll do
- Design scalable Guidewire solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead technical projects and coordinate solution engineering across teams
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams
- Supervise, coach, and develop direct reports
- Partner with Guidewire vendors to maintain engineering standards and delivery quality
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, and automation
