FBS Production Support Analyst

Capgemini provides technology transformation and operations services, and this position supports applications for a large U.S. insurer. You will review application designs, assess changes and integrations, support testing and implementation, and help troubleshoot production issues.

• Review business application designs against requirements
• Assess application changes and their impact across system components
• Perform quality checks on project deliverables and validate supplier estimates
• Recommend integration and parallel testing criteria
• Support implementation and troubleshoot application environment issues
• Liaise between business teams and IT on application needs
