About the role
Capgemini partners with clients to transform and manage their businesses through technology services. The SmartCOMM Developer will build, integrate, and support customer communication solutions and document workflows.
What you'll do
- Develop interactive, batch, and on-demand customer communications
- Design and maintain SmartCOMM templates, forms, letters, and statements
- Configure business rules, content libraries, and document workflows
- Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot production issues and support migrations and upgrades
