About the role
ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation that supports the development of medicines and treatments. The CIAM Engineer will design, integrate, and support secure identity solutions for external users and applications.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain B2B and B2C customer identity solutions
- Configure Entra ID, external identity policies, identity providers, and access controls
- Integrate authentication and authorization flows into external applications
- Deliver identity projects and modernize legacy authentication platforms
- Provide L3 support and troubleshoot identity integration issues
- Maintain audit documentation and support compliance reviews
