About the role
Five9 provides cloud contact center software for customers worldwide. The Cloud Governance Engineer will define and enforce multi-cloud policies, manage exceptions, and track security and cost governance across the cloud estate.
What you'll do
- Define cloud governance policies and enforce controls across GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Manage cloud-control exceptions, approvals, expiries, and follow-ups
- Review IAM and network security standards with Security
- Build dashboards tracking governance metrics and configuration drift
- Drive cloud cost visibility, anomaly detection, and waste reduction
- Review third-party cloud services and communicate technical risks
