Nielsen provides audience insights that help clients make decisions across media. This specialist manages overdue accounts, resolves payment disputes, reconciles cash and invoices, and supports credit monitoring and reporting.
What you'll do
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and aging debt
- Contact customers to collect payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve payment disputes
- Coordinate cash application and reconcile payments against invoices
- Assist with credit monitoring and prepare accounts receivable reports
