About the role
Mobility Global provides automotive market intelligence, forecasting, and strategic insights to organizations worldwide. The CMDB Architect will establish and govern the company’s ServiceNow CMDB strategy, data model, quality controls, and operating model.
What you'll do
- Own the CMDB strategy, architecture, roadmap, and governance model
- Define CI classes, relationships, lifecycle standards, and source-of-truth principles
- Optimize ServiceNow Discovery, service mapping, integrations, and automated data ingestion
- Monitor CMDB data quality through controls, metrics, reconciliation, and certification
- Establish CMDB ownership, stewardship, audit routines, and governance forums
- Lead the CMDB workstream during the TSA exit and standalone transition
