About the role
Elanco develops animal health products and services to prevent and treat disease in farm animals and pets. The CMC Program Manager coordinates development timelines, resource forecasts, and budgets across technical development projects.
What you'll do
- Integrate CMC project timelines and identify dependencies and resource conflicts
- Track project and functional resource capacity
- Model resource scenarios to support the annual Business Plan
- Forecast CMC project budgets and monitor spending against targets
- Audit spending variances and improve forecast accuracy
