About the role
Elastic provides a cloud-based Search AI platform for search, security and observability. This coordinator will manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, vendor invoices and operational requests while maintaining accurate data and workflows.
What you'll do
- Enter and map campaign metadata, budgets, purchase orders and actuals in Allocadia
- Draft requisitions and manage contract, purchase order and vendor invoice workflows
- Process operational tickets according to internal documentation and global standards
- Monitor daily actuals and flag discrepancies to regional marketing leads
- Coordinate regional marketing needs while following global processes
