About the role
Conneqtion Group implements Oracle cloud and SaaS solutions for businesses. This consultant will design and support Oracle HCM implementations, from gathering requirements through configuration, testing and go-live.
What you'll do
- Gather client requirements and design Oracle HCM solutions
- Identify functional gaps and recommend suitable solutions
- Support configuration, testing, UAT and go-live
- Work with technical teams on HCM integrations and testing
- Prepare and review functional and solution design documents
- Provide functional guidance to the team
