About the role
Conneqtion Group implements Oracle cloud and SaaS solutions for businesses. This consultant will configure talent management modules, support HCM integrations and data conversion, and help clients improve talent lifecycle processes.
What you'll do
- Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud and talent management modules
- Identify HCM functionality gaps and develop solutions
- Support integration teams in building and testing HCM integrations
- Load and convert HCM data using HDL and HSDL
- Create Fast Formulas, OTBI reports, and personalizations
