About the role
Databricks provides a unified Data and AI platform for organizations to build and scale data, analytics, and AI applications. This individual contributor will own credit risk, strategic collections, accounts receivable performance, and outsourced collections governance.
What you'll do
- Set credit policies, assess customer risk, and manage limits and exceptions
- Manage collections strategy and escalations for strategic customers
- Resolve complex disputes and payment issues
- Track accounts receivable targets, cash forecasts, ageing, and write-offs
- Govern outsourced collections SLAs, KPIs, and corrective actions
- Improve credit and collections processes using automation, analytics, and AI
