Solutions Architect (Genie)

Databricks provides a platform for organizations to build and scale data, AI, and analytics applications. You will advise customers on Genie adoption, architect governed analytics solutions, and support technical engagements across assigned accounts.

• Design and execute customer engagement strategies with account teams
• Advise customers on product adoption and technical architecture
• Deliver workshops and develop customer-facing technical collateral
• Translate field insights into product roadmap recommendations
• Resolve complex technical challenges as a tier-three escalation point
