About the role
Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm that helps organizations improve financial, sales, and operational decision-making. You will architect and deliver Snowflake analytics solutions, lead client engagements and presales work, and manage and mentor technical team members.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end Snowflake architecture, including data models, security, and performance
- Lead data engineering solution development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Translate client needs into technical designs and recommendations
- Lead presales estimation, scoping, proposals, and solution presentations
- Manage, mentor, and review work by technical team members
- Manage projects against scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
