About the role
Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm helping global organizations improve financial, sales, and operational decision-making. The Senior Manager will lead Snowflake delivery across client engagements, manage teams and senior relationships, and support pre-sales and practice development.
What you'll do
- Own delivery quality, timelines, and technical direction across Snowflake engagements
- Act as the senior escalation point for client architecture, risk, and scope issues
- Review and approve solution architecture and design decisions
- Lead technical pre-sales, including estimation, scoping, and proposal defense
- Manage, mentor, and develop architects, team leads, and engineers
- Build reusable accelerators and support practice capability development
