About the role
Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm supporting organizations with financial, sales, and operational decisions. The HR Business Partner will advise leaders, manage employee relations, support HR operations, and deliver talent and employee programs in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Advise leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development
- Manage employee relations cases, investigations, complaints, and workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with national and local labor laws
- Maintain HRIS records and reporting
- Partner on firm-wide talent initiatives and employee programs
- Support performance cycles, onboarding, mobility, and HR policies
