About the role
Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm that helps organizations improve financial, sales and operational decision-making. The Senior Associate will design and deliver analytics and data engineering solutions while managing client relationships, projects and junior team members.
What you'll do
- Manage data engineering projects and assigned team members
- Build and maintain data models and business logic using dbt
- Assess client data environments and recommend scalable solutions
- Scope, estimate, design and test analytics solutions
- Develop proof of concepts and participate in presales discussions
- Present solution recommendations and lead client knowledge-sharing sessions
