About the role
Cisco's Commerce Intelligence Data & Analytics team builds a unified data foundation for enterprise operations, analytics, and AI experiences. This engineer will architect data pipelines, models, and semantic layers that support analytics, AI solutions, and business operations.
What you'll do
- Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for Snowflake
- Develop reusable data models with dbt
- Design semantic layers for analytics and AI consumption
- Integrate Snowflake Cortex and AI capabilities into data pipelines
- Establish data quality, observability, lineage, and governance practices
- Mentor junior data engineers and guide technical standards
