About the role
Axi provides foreign exchange, CFD, and financial spread-betting services through a global brokerage. The Delivery Manager will plan and oversee technology initiatives, coordinate engineering workstreams, and improve delivery processes.
What you'll do
- Define and improve delivery cadences across teams
- Own stage gates and confirm readiness before work progresses
- Create delivery forecasts using estimates, velocity, dependencies, and risks
- Manage cross-team dependencies, blockers, and resourcing conflicts
- Report progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Maintain process documentation and run retrospectives
