About the role
Axi provides foreign exchange, CFD, spread betting, and crypto trading services. The MLRO/Principal Officer will oversee AML compliance, suspicious transaction reporting, customer due diligence, and crypto-related risk controls.
What you'll do
- Ensure products and business operations comply with KYC and AML regulations
- File timely and accurate suspicious transaction reports with FIU-IND
- Develop sanctions screening and crypto travel rule risk frameworks
- Own the KYC and enhanced due diligence pod and compliance procedures
- Work with product teams to build transaction monitoring and fraud risk controls
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies on KYC-related issues
