About the role
Axi provides foreign exchange, CFD and spread-betting services through a global brokerage. The Regional Financial Controller will oversee India financial control, regulatory reporting, statutory compliance and operational finance while establishing processes for a new regulated entity.
What you'll do
- Lead financial accounting and monthly close for India entities
- Establish regulatory finance frameworks and manage required filings
- Oversee audits, tax filings, GST and statutory compliance
- Build scalable finance operations, reconciliations and reporting systems
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial decision-making
- Lead finance workstreams for the new regulated entity
